Through my private practice, Morning Birdsong Therapy, I partner with clients to cultivate healing, change and resilience in their lives. I work with adults of all ages with substance use, mental health, and relationship/interpersonal challenges.

I welcome feedback and strive to build a therapeutic relationship that feels authentic and connected. As your therapist, I would work hard to support you in meeting your goals, and would challenge you to work hard to create meaningful change in your life. You are the expert in your life and the areas of it you might like to be different. This could include problematic patterns in relationships (romantic/sexual/partnership, friendships, parenting, work relationships, etc), the way you use substances, or mental health challenges (like anxiety or depression).
I can be a guide to walk beside you and work together to help understand present challenges, make sense of past difficulties or traumas, and to create the future you envision for your life.
